INTRODUCTION

This document details the terms of the privacy policy that LARAGON has established for the processing of your personal data in compliance with the current regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter RGPD, and the Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, hereinafter LOPDGDD.

  • Identification data of natural persons: DNI / Identity document.
  • Academic and professional data: education and degrees, professional experience, other CV data.
  • Bank details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH THIRD PARTY DATA OR IF A THIRD PARTY HAS PROVIDED US WITH YOUR DATA?

  • If you provide us with Personal Data of third parties, you warrant that you have informed them about the purposes for which and the manner in which we need to process their personal data.
